Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (if requested)

Note: Items returned after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
